Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
How to Return: To initiate a return, please email Karima.stenlake@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges: At this time, we only offer refunds and not exchanges.
